Equal parts pomegranate-sumac vinaigrette and our avocado-olive oil mayo base. The colour shifts from deep pomegranate ruby to a warm blush-pink. The five-taste architecture stays completely intact — pomegranate sweetness, sumac tartness, cumin depth, the umami of nutritional yeast — all present, now wrapped in the richness of cold-pressed avocado and olive oil.
